In forming an agency, we have sought to think carefully about what we would like during a property transaction and within our team, and in association with our collaborators, we hope to provide this at every level.
We are aware that the first step and the initial objective of any sale is to attract a purchaser and with this in mind, marketing is at the heart of what we do. Having achieved a level of success in our own careers, we are aware that there is a considerable demand to find service that will save you both time and stress and this is what we believe we bring to the property transaction process.

Our intention is to expose your property in the best manner possible, to the widest market.
In doing this, we engage the skills of our collaborators in marketing and presentation using not only normal media but also extensively digital and social media marketing.
We seek to show your property at its best, to as wide a market as possible, and then offer a personal one-to-one service in finding prospective purchasers and tying up a sale as if each property were our own.
A property PA will be allocated to you for the whole period from which you instruct us to market your property to the point of sale and beyond, and we can liaise with numerous other professionals and specifically our collaborators to assist you with not only the sale itself, but finding a new property, the packing up, the move and the reimagination and remodelling of your new home providing so much more than the service of the traditional, now slightly tired, model of estate agency.
What can we say about The Gentleman Architect? From the moment he drove into our lives, in his Citroen 2CV, announced himself as The Gentleman Architect, we knew that Michael Haley was somebody with whom we wished to work. Michael Haley can provide all the services that one would expect of an architect from modern design and bespoke extensions, property remodelling and full-scale development and redevelopment.
At first sight it might seem counterintuitive to offer an interior design service to vendors who after all are disposing of their current property. Having spent years in the business, however, we are of a view that a property sale is inevitably about a property purchase and in turn a fresh start. With this in mind, we have chosen to collaborate with Sarah Brown of Ra Ra Designs.
Employing the most up to date licensed drone technology, our aim is to provide an unusual and interesting perspective of your property and the surrounding areas from the air. Highlighting local landmarks, points of interest, town centres etc and creating a journey through the neighbourhood for the prospective purchasers. Our videographers of choice are Still Moving London: a young and dynamic drone and three-dimensional photography company. Established in 2014 by school friends Luke Fanthorpe and Nick Whitaker, it is run by the duo who have a shared creative vision. Their creativity and innovative approach to their work allows us to present the block on which your property sits and the area in which it is located in one of the most informative and engaging ways currently possible.
Our lead for a photographer is a gentleman called Sam Warr. He first came to our attention as an Award-winning photographer of buildings and urban landscape, and we acquired some of his photographs for the walls of our own offices. In was on speaking to Sam that we heard how he had been a property developer in the past and his overall love of property is clearly apparent in the type of photograph that he produces.
